The Aledo Real Estate Market for January 2016

I compiled data of the real estate market for Aledo ISD in January 2016. We are seeing some very interesting trends in the market. While the number of homes sold and number of new listings is slightly down from 2015, the data suggests that overall the inventory difference between 2015 and 2016 is minimal. However we are seeing a significant decrease in the number of days on the market (less than half as many) along with a 24% increase in the average sales price. Translation: Homes in Aledo ISD are selling quicker and at a higher price point in 2016 while inventory remains nearly the same as 2015.
