Walsh Ranch has announced the builders for their initial phase. Model home construction is expected to begin November 2016 with 40 homes on the ground for the Grand Opening next Spring.
The builders are David Weekly Homes, Drees Homes, Highland Homes, and Village Homes. Currently Drees and Village Homes are building in Parks of Aledo. Highland is building in Morningstar. Additional builders for the high-end custom homes are still being selected and will be announced at a later date.
The vision for Walsh is varied architecture throughout the community along with parks and hiking trails to take advantage of the topography of the land.
Construction for the 5th elementary school has begun in Walsh Ranch. You can view the building process online.
