The Aledo Real Estate Market in August 2016

I compiled data of the real estate market for Aledo ISD in August 2016. There was a significant increase in the number of homes sold this year in August over last year by 33%.

Here’s a breakdown by sales price for the 64 sold homes in the month of August

16 homes sold for $201-300,000
22 homes sold for $301-400,000
8 homes sold for $401-500,000

The average days on the market was 44. In August, 37 homes sold in under 30 days of being on the market – that’s 58% of the homes selling in less than a month. There were 4 homes that sold in less than 24 hours and 18 homes that sold in 7 days or less!
