The Aledo Real Estate Market in March 2017

I compiled data of the real estate market for Aledo ISD in March 2017. There was a large increase (+21%) in the number of homes that hit the market over last year. Interestingly we saw a significant decrease (-21%) in the number of new listing in February this year.

Sold Listings: 46 (Up +35% from last year)
Average Sales Price: $377,211 (Up +2% from last year)
Days on the Market: 88 (Down -3% from last year)
Percentage of List Price: 99.2% (Up +1.4% from last year)

There was a slight decrease in the number of days on the market year over year for March (91 days in 2016 vs 88 days in 2017). 39% of homes sold this month did so in 30 days or less.
