Walsh Development Update – Builders, Floorplans, Pricing

There has been a lot of movement on getting Walsh ready for home buyers this Spring. They’ve announced the builders – David Weekly, Drees, Highland, and Village. Toll Brothers will also be building in Fort Worth’s newest master plan community! With such a large development and multiple builders, it can be difficult to navigate all your options – lot size, placement in the community, style of home, not to mention price and square footage! I have gathering all available information to give you the much anticipated pricing and floorplan/elevation information for Walsh!

Drees-60-Walsh-Elevation-Amber-Wills-Realtor

Drees will have 60′ lots and 70′ lots. Buyers will have 7 options for 60′ lots starting at $466,900 {view homes here}. For the 70′ lots, buyers have 7 options that start at $498,990 {view homes here}.

Toll-Brothers-Walsh-Elevation-Amber-Wills-Realtor

Toll Brothers will have 60′ sites with homes ranging from 2,600 to 3,900 square feet with prices starting in the $400,000’s {view home designs here}.

Highland-Homes-Walsh-Amber-Wills-Realtor

Highland Homes has not released floorplans yet, but they are expecting to build what they are currently offering at their Harvest development in Argyle. The 50′ lots are expected to start at $350,000 {possible home choices here}. The 60′ lots are expected to start at $380,000 {possible home choices here}.

David-Weekly-Walsh-Amber-Wills-Realtor

David Weekly has not released pricing or floorplans. The most up to date information I have is as follows, 35′ lots will have homes ranging from 1400-2700 square feet and 50′ lots will have homes ranging from 2100-3300 square feet.

Village-Homes-Walsh-Amber-Wills-Realtor

Village Homes will be building on 50′ lots with rear entry garages. The homes will range from 1800 to 3300 square feet. They are not releasing floorplans publicly at this time. Pricing has also not been disclosed as of March 23, 2017.
